The ESP-01S boasts an impressive array of features, including support for SDIO 2.0, SPI, and UART communication protocols. It features a 32-pin QFN package and supports Wi-Fi Direct (P2P) and soft-AP functionality. The module also integrates a TCP/IP protocol stack, as well as a TR switch, balun, LNA, power amplifier, and matching network.
One of the standout features of the ESP-01S is its high output power of +19.5dBm in 802.11b mode, making it a powerful wireless solution. Additionally, the module's power down leakage current is less than 10uA, ensuring efficient power consumption. The integrated low-power 32-bit CPU can also be utilized as an application processor, further enhancing the module's versatility.
The ESP-01S supports STBC, 1x1 MIMO, and 2x1 MIMO, as well as A-MPDU and A-MSDU aggregation with a 0.4ms guard interval.
